If you had just One Song....

..."If you had just one song to tell God and your country who you are in this world and sum up what you are about...That is the type of song that saves people."

Ok so that is not my line that comes from one of my favorite movies Walk the Line the Johnny and June Cash biopic. That was a great movie. While I am nowhere near as talented as my shower leads my to believe. I do love music and it has brought me much emotion throughout my life. Whether it is the pump you up song before the big game or the fall in love song you play to your heart. There is a song for everyone moment and every moment can find the music. I have always loved music and had my DJ moments when I was younger (whole other life ago) Music provides me the inspiration to get through every day of my life and I am always open to share my strength with my friends, So here is your challenge.

To all my blogger friends, fans stalkers and anyone out there who needs some inspiration. I am looking to hear your theme song. I know you all have one.. it is the song that is stuck in your head when you are having a bad day, it brings you straight to your happy spot. It gives you the momentum to keep going it is your top of the stairs moment. I want to hear from you. Music has always been inspirational to me and I have gone through so many phases and stages of sound. From hip-hop and jazz to the classic rock and even broadway tunes. I remember being a kid driving around with my dad ( my hero) in his Cutlass Supreme and he only had one station 101.5 with Cousin Brucie. It was so a NJ station that played all the oldies. I can recite the words to any 50's song and i consider that a talent. While those are still my favorite types of tunes, Innocent, love filled and true to your sould, music has changed dramatically throughout the years and I have heard it all. I am asking every single person who tunes into the Santanastasio's to find their theme song and let it play loud. I am going to think about what sond is my personal mantra and then my family anthem. I want to know what is yours think back to the oldies, the eighties or whever you find your center. It is in all of us and every mom needs the music that is in them and yes it is louder then the cries and whines yet never more beautiful from the sweet I love you's We as moms need the support and strength from who we were before who we are today and who we are creating to take the future by storm. What is your theme song!!! Let me know and sing it loud!!!
