Growing up in an Italian family Sunday Dinners was the SuperBowl of Meals. I can fondly remember the smell of browning garlic waking me up, the sound of the meatballs crackling in the frying pan and the countless sneaks around the stove to steal the ends of italian bread just to get a quick taste of delight. Well as those memories are near and dear to my heart I hope to pass on the stories of my childhood as well as create new memories with my own family. Flash forward out of the Old World Italian Kitchen and into my life today. With three small children I have definitely learned how to streamline line my sauce creations without losing one bit of flavor. As we have all come to learn the saying eat like no one is watching and food is enjoyment. Here is a picture of what my Sunday dinners have turned out to be. My mother would be so proud. Well in my defense at least I have evidence that she is fed!! To all my familia out there Manga!!
